Or maybe you’re finding yourself struggling to disconnect from your device, binging Love Is Blind on Netflix in one night, or you’re listening to the news so much that you know the story before it’s even over. Although things are rapidly changing and we need to stay informed, it’s time for us to breathe, process, reflect, and use this time effectively.

- How can you the most of being home?
- Are you connecting more with loved ones and friends?
- What surprising revelations have you had?
- Have you learning anything new this week?
- How might this experience make you more resilient?
