30 INTENTION-SETTING JOURNALING PROMPTS
I’ve been intrigued by journaling lately and just recently started getting into it. I’ve discovered that for me, writing my thoughts down really helps with processing what I’m feeling. It helps me expand and define my thoughts.
I’ve noticed that it can be hard to figure out where to start. After you’ve got the pen and the notebook, where do you begin? I knew that I wanted to journal intentionally and not use it like a diary of what happened in the day, but I noticed that’s what started to happen naturally. Use these intention-setting journal prompts to get you thinking about your love lives, career, gratitude, and technology.
Here are thirty days worth of journal prompts to get you started with journaling or to further your love for your self-care ritual.
